1,556 private homes including EC units sold in July, up 89% from June: URA
Synopsis : It is obvious that market is picking up based on July 2019 report card. In the non-landed property market including executive condominiums, sales of several newly launched condos such as One Pearl Bank, Treasures at Tampines, The Florence Residences and the Piermont Grand EC contributed to July’s healthy performance. Buyers have to take note that as the property market continues on the upward trend, prices are likely to act likewise. If there is an intention to pick up an investment piece, it looks wise to do so before prices react upwards and government introduces further cooling measures.
